Mar 14, 2006 - I wish I did. I see that FIC has the AM37 and AM37S listed on their website and FTP site, but nothing for the AM37L. Have you tried asking.
Are you using the onboard video or a display card adaptor? If you are using the onboard video then try installing a known working PCI or AGP display card to test if the problem is onboard video or the actual motherboard. If you are using a display card then try another known working display card (PCI or AGP) to test whether it's your displaycard that is faulty. If it still doen't work then try removing your memory modules on the motherboard and replace them with known working memory.
If it still doesn't work then try removing your CPU and reinserting it again (be carefull as you do not want to damage your CPU!). If it is still not working then you may need to replace your motherboard or take your PC into a repair facility. Thanks C Answered on Apr 03, 2009. 845G is kind of a generic intel chipset to give you a better answer I would need the manufacturer and the model number. But I have come accross some issue with Sata drivers on some boards that need to be installed before you install windows.
How is this done? Well first you would need the driver and make a driver floppy (This is the hard part trust me all pc techs have horror stories about hard to find drivers). Then when you first run the install for xp and you get that blue dos-ish screen you will nottce the 'Press F12 to install raid or third party driver' Press F12 it will ask you to insert your floppy and once you choose the right driver you are ready to install.
Some Dell systems and Acers use restore CDs just to get around annoyances like this. Hope this helps Answered on Sep 13, 2009.
The eMachines W2047 desktop computer uses an FIC AM37 mobo. (MOtherBOard) FIC is First International Computer, Inc. This link takes you to a page to download the Motherboard Manual, for the FIC AM37 mobo, There is a version 1, and version 2 of the AM37 motherboards. FIC AM37v1, and FIC AM37v2 Click on the appropriate file name, or click, and download both of them. (One at a time) These are PDF files. The computer you are on now has Adobe Reader on it, which uses PDF files. (All you have to do is left-click on the file name) I would also suggest upgrading to Adobe Reader 9.3.4.,if you don't have it already.
Give the file time to download. It may take up to 30 seconds before you see the first page. It may also take additional time for the file to fully download. Would appreciate it if you would rate my solution if it has helped you. Post additional questions in a Comment. Oct 05, 2010.
